Karrista Rayment is the RTGS Technology Service Owner at the Bank of England, overseeing the Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) service for the United Kingdom, which settles an average of £730 billion daily. In this role, Karrista is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and evolution of the technology that underpins the RTGS service.

With a distinguished 20-year tenure at the Bank of England, Karrista has held various roles, including User Acceptance Testing, Code Development, Technical Delivery Management, Portfolio Management, and leading large-scale teams within the Technology division for the Payments, Markets, and Banking directorates.

Karrista is dedicated to fostering high-performing teams and is passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
